Chamberlin's Talented Team

Nate Greve, Project Coordinator for Roofing & Sheet Metal, brought a talent to Chamberlin’s Dallas market that is quite spectacular.

In Florida, Nate’s previous residence, non-venomous Burmese Pythons are invasive to the state’s marshland. He worked closely with Florida Fish and Wildlife (FWC) under a permit to remove this overpopulated species from the Everglades National Park. Nate tracked and caught two snakes (with his hands!), a 12-foot male and a nine-foot female, that were turned into the FWC for scientific research by the biology department at the University of Florida. He shared some insight on why he started this hobby saying, “although these snakes rarely harm humans, they prey on endangered species native to Florida. Helping to preserve the life of those species was an important aspect to me.”
