Safety is a top priority here at Chamberlin. An important aspect of Chamberlin's safety is Chamberlin University. Chamberlin 'U' was developed in 2006 and implemented as part of the strategy to prepare Chamberlin for the future by earnestly training and educating their own workforce. Chamberlin has graduated hundreds of craft workers and superintendents from the course and invested thousands of hours in Chamberlin University-specific training and education.

Chamberlin has recently graduated 34 new team members in their Houston and Austin markets. Educating Chamberlin team members on safety, technical skills and soft skills empowers them to deliver quality, cost-effective projects that are completed safely and productively. These classes cover quality installations of multiple roofing and waterproofing systems. They cover topics such as substrate conditions, details, water testing, material calculations application techniques and more.
