Vice President Adam Matthys and Operations Manager Pat Halaszyn accepted the awards on Chamberlin's behalf.  1. First-place Eagle Award for their balcony restoration on [The Querencia](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/projects/multifamilycondo/querencia/) in Austin, Texas. 2. Second-place Pyramid Award for [The Buckingham](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/projects/multifamilycondo/buckingham/) balcony restoration in Houston, Texas.  3. National Safety Merit Award for their [comprehensive safety program](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/safety/), performance and culture. [TEXO, The Construction Association](https://www.texoassociation.org/web/Online) honored Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing with a first-place 2019 Distinguished Building Award for their roof replacement on St. Andrew's Episcopal church in Fort Worth, Texas. The Distinguished Building Awards embody the skill, commitment and passion that TEXO members have for construction. CoatingsPro's 2019 Contractor Awards Program recognizes commercial and industrial coatings contractors with outstanding projects.
