AGC Austin recently granted Outstanding Construction awards to projects that were judged on the difficulty in construction resulting from design, location, materials and unusual construction techniques. Final appearance, quality of the finished product and timeliness of completion are also contributing factors in the winning projects. Chamberlin is honored to have worked under four general contractors who received awards for five different projects. Chamberlin performed both [roofing](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/commercial-roofing-sheet-metal-services/) and [waterproofing](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/commercial-waterproofing-caulking-services/) work under general contractor, [J.T. Vaughn Construction, LLC](https://www.vaughnconstruction.com). Chamberlin’s portion of the scope included the installation of sheet waterproofing, bentonite waterproofing, thermal insulation, spray insulation, weather barrier, sheet metal flashing and trim, flexible flashing, joint sealants, expansion joints, wood blocking, hot modified roofing and counter flashing. Vaughn also received an AGC Outstanding Construction award for the Travis County Probate Courts Building Renovation. For this project, Chamberlin performed [roofing](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/commercial-roofing-sheet-metal-services/) renovations including hot modified roofing, coated foamed roofing, counterflashing and roofing panels. General contractor [JE Dunn Construction](https://www.jedunn.com/) received an AGC Outstanding Construction award for the Moontower Student Apartments project.
