The scope includes pouring lightweight concrete over metal decking, fully-adhere fleeceback PVC membrane, [sheet metal flashing](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/commercial-roofing-sheet-metal-services/) and coping. Superintendent Daniel Berry says, “Everyone plays a part, from filling out the JSA to tagging out an extension cord with a missing ground. Each individual on the crew has taken personal responsibility to identify and eliminate hazards found on the jobsite." As Chamberlin value, “[Safety-Quality-Teamwork](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/safety-quality-teamwork-value/)” states, “None of the work we do can be considered a success, even if we do a quality job, if our safety efforts fail and one of our team members gets hurt. Our people have been and always will be our most important asset.” Thank you for upholding Chamberlin’s culture on the job, keeping your team members and those around you safe and being hyperaware of possible hazards around you. ### [Chamberlin's Values](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/values-of-chamberlin/) ![Durant](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/3850.png?width=1280&name=3850.png) #### Subscribe Today!
