Along with updates on [work in progress](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/articles/projects-progress-winter-2019/) and [industry accolades](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/articles/industry-honors-safety-and-construction-excellence/), this issue includes a couple of stories you’ll want to [take a look at](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/media/files/files/4b277b44/winter-2019-1-.pdf). Here’s the two-minute overview:  Tony Casagrande, president of Campos Engineering, contributed the [consultant’s corner article](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/articles/what-expect-when-commissioning-building-enclosure/) for this issue. His front-page story covers three key “lessons learned” from successful building enclosure commissioning (BECx). He says that:  - A close review of mockups can reveal necessary modifications or fixes before construction begins. - Design and reality don’t always align. BECx helps address reality during construction.  - Tight scheduling and sequencing is a critical part of a successful project.  There is a lot more to the building enclosure process, so be sure to get the details [here](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/articles/what-expect-when-commissioning-building-enclosure/). The quality assurance that BECx offers can save time, money and major construction headaches. In other news, this issue’s project feature covers a university housing project that required completion *Sooner* than later. Care to guess on which campus this project is built?
