Each award is judged by a panel of industry experts and are judged on various categories that placed our projects at the top. Chamberlin's balcony restoration at The Driskill Hotel in Austin, TX, was awarded 2nd place in Sika Sarnafil's 2017 Project of the Year award program. This competition highlights quality workmanship in the areas of design, application and installation. The Driskill Hotel also received an Associated General Contractors (AGC) Outstanding Construction Award for the Other Specialty category. The projects are judged on difficulty in construction resulting from design, location, materials, etc.; unusual construction techniques involved; final appearance and quality of the finished product; and timeliness of completion. ![Build Oklahoma Award](https://www.chamberlinltd.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/2115.png?width=330&height=234&name=2115.png) The River Spirit Phase II Margaritaville Expansion project was honored with an Associated General Contractors (AGC) Build Oklahoma award. This award program represents the "Best of the Best" commercial building projects in the state.
