Annually, projects are judged on the difficulty in construction resulting from design, location, materials and unusual construction techniques. Final appearance and quality of the finished product and timeliness of completion are also contributing factors in the winning projects. Chamberlin was a proud team member on five of the projects that received an Outstanding Construction Award. These projects include River| South 1st Street, Travis County Civil and Family Courthouse (TCCFC), Stassney Campus, The Campsite at Shield Ranch and Austin Convention Center Marshalling Yard and Warehouse.
