Superintendent
Job Description:
- Oversee field staff, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, safety, quality, productivity and company vehicle organization for assigned projects
 - Responsible for scheduling, training and reviewing of field personnel
 - Communicate with Operations Manager, client and subcontractors
 - Ensure warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and handle delegated customer issues on assigned projects
 - Perform write-ups and disciplinary actions as required
 
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
 - English speaking, bilingual preferred
 - OSHA 30 Hour Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
 - CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
 - Fall protection and competent person training (provided by Chamberlin)
 - Product application/craft training (provided by Chamberlin)
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience at a Foreman or Superintendent level
 - Ability to read construction documents
