Job Description:

  • Greet office guests
  • Field and route incoming calls
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Assist with new job set up, change orders and closing jobs
  • File project and office paperwork
  • Maintain and distribute job list
  • Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Entry level position
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
