Foreman
Job Description:
- Participate in field personnel orientation, training and scheduling
 - Oversee safety and quality control, daily inventory and analyzing and organizing resources for maximum productivity on jobsites
 - Enforce Chamberlin’s safety policies and correct application/installation procedures on jobsites
 - Care for company tools and equipment to keep in well running condition
 - Carry authority on project operations when immediate availability is required and communicates with other tradesmen on jobsites
 
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED encouraged but not required
 - English speaking, bilingual preferred
 - OSHA 10 hour certified (provided by Chamberlin)
 - CPR/First Aid Certified (provided by Chamberlin)
 - Fall protection and competent person training (provided by Chamberlin)
 - Product application/craft training (provided by Chamberlin)
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience at a journeyman/mechanic level
 - Ability to read construction documents
