Austin's Bull Riding BD
Austin Business Development Associate Walker Smith has started bull riding. He began this journey because Associated General Contractors' (AGC) Austin chapter hosted a rodeo BBQ cook-off in November 2021, where a bull riding competition was held. Walker represented Chamberlin as the bull riding cowboy at the event.Recently, Walker attended Gary Leffew’s bull riding camp/school in Uvalde, Texas, where he bucked 19 bulls in the span of three days. Why you ask? Walker loves to compete in everything he does, and now he’s caught the buckin’ bug.
“Once you buck that first bull, you either never want to get near a chute again or it gets in your blood. It’s all about pushing the limits but, in the end, it is just a good ole fashion test of true grit.” – Walker Smith
