Chamberlin is extremely proud of the crew that has worked on the Texas State University Engineering Science Building Phase 5A project in San Marcos, Texas. This crew has been proactive and prepared in understanding difficult drawings and performing quality work despite challenges posted by the building’s design. The crew installed dampproofing, hot-applied waterproofing, sheet waterproofing, water repellents, air barrier, joint sealants, expansion control, natural roof coverings, roof pavers, sheet metal flashing and trim. This project has an excellent safety record with zero recordable incidents. Chamberlin thanks these crew members for exemplifying what Chamberlin stands for and always delivering more to our clients.
