Scope:Installation of hot fluid-applied waterproofing with a green landscaping system, pedestal paver system, hot-fluid and cold-fluid waterproofing on plaza deck, exterior joint sealants on pre-cast panels, traffic coatings and expansion joints, high performance tank coating in water tanks, bentonite waterproofing in below-grade parking garage, water repellent on precast concrete panels on building, fire-resistant joint sealant and interior CMU walls, crystalline waterproofing in elevator pits, site sealants and elastomeric coating on central plant portion of building


The Houston Museum of Fine Arts’ redevelopment for the Susan and Fayez S. Sarofim Campus included a new Glassell School of Art building, as the prior building was demolished to allow for the campus expansion. The new Glassell building doubled in size, encompassing 93,000 square feet with a sprawling plaza out front. It is largely programmed as classrooms and exhibition spaces for students of the Studio School, the Junior School and Core Program residents.
