FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description:
- Oversee entire department including field staff, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, safety, quality, production and company vehicle organization for assigned projects
- Responsible for hiring, firing, scheduling, and reviewing of field personnel
- Responsible for scheduling and maintaining cleanliness of company equipment
- Communicate and coordinate with Operations Manager, clients and subcontractors
- Enforce Chamberlin’s safety policies and correct application/installation procedures on jobsites
- Perform/oversee write-ups and disciplinary actions as required
- Conflict resolution
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- English speaking, bilingual preferred
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
- Fall protection and competent person training (provided by Chamberlin)
- Product application/craft training (provided by Chamberlin)
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience at a Senior Superintendent level
- Ability to read construction documents
