Develop Clients

A customer is someone for whom we perform a single project. A client is someone who hires Chamberlin over and over again. To turn a customer into a client we must treat them like they are our client already. In every transaction with our clients we must be polite and we must be reasonable. We always treat our clients the way we’d like to be treated.

Our goal is for our clients to see a measurable difference when they work with all of us at Chamberlin, whether it is in the estimating process, the submittal process, the job execution process, the billing process or in any circumstance in which we come in contact with them. Our goal is to develop customers into clients – people who want to hire us over and over again because they know Chamberlin’s team of people is really different. They know through their everyday interaction with us that we are a notch above when it comes to taking care of our clients.

We must go the extra mile in every situation to be aware of what our customers want and work hard to deliver it. They expect more from Chamberlin. Every day, on every job, we must deliver more.

Our clients will always take good care of us if we take good care of them first.

"I want to express my deep gratitude for all the roofing and waterproofing work Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing has done for the Texas Historical Commission. We appreciate Chamberlin's advice on the various roofing systems, your cost analyses for repair versus replacement, and your respect for our historic buildings."
