General Superintendent/Field Operations Manager

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee entire department including field staff, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, safety, quality, production and company vehicle organization for assigned projects
  • Responsible for hiring, firing, scheduling, and reviewing of field personnel
  • Responsible for scheduling and maintaining cleanliness of company equipment
  • Communicate and coordinate with Operations Manager, clients and subcontractors
  • Enforce Chamberlin’s safety policies and correct application/installation procedures on jobsites
  • Perform/oversee write-ups and disciplinary actions as required
  • Conflict resolution

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • English speaking, bilingual preferred
  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
  • Fall protection and competent person training (provided by Chamberlin)
  • Product application/craft training (provided by Chamberlin)
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience at a Senior Superintendent level
  • Ability to read construction documents
