Chamberlin's waterproofing is underway at the 28-story luxury Hall Arts Residence and Hotel in the Dallas Arts District. Chamberlin is honored to be collaborating with HKS, Inc. as the architect for the building and working under the general contractor Austin Commercial. Chamberlin is installing dampproofing, hot-fluid rubberized asphalt, sheet waterproofing, traffic coating, thermal insulation, air barrier, sheet metal flashing and trim, fire stopping, joint sealants, site and paving sealants and expansion control. The building is designed to have both health and wellness as a key aspect of the new residence opening in 2020.
Hall Arts Residence is the first residential development to register for WELL Multi-Family Certification in Texas. Hall Arts Residence has implemented advanced technologies into the design of the building. The WELL Building Standard is a performance-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and wellbeing, through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind.
