Chamberlin University's First Graduating Class

Chamberlin is very proud to introduce our first class of supervisory training graduates from the Chamberlin University.

These graduates completed a specialized, 13-week course designed for supervisors that covered a wide range of subjects from quality control and creating project execution plans to employee development and customer service. Additionally, each and every graduate was required to take and pass the OSHA 30-Hour safety course. Chamberlin was conceived and developed in 2006 as part of our strategy to prepare Chamberlin for the future by developing and educating our own workforce.

“It is clear to us that a well educated and trained team is the key to our future success,” said Chamberlin Partner John Kafka, “at the end of the day, our goal is to have the best trained field operations team in the industry…bar none.”
