Chamberlin recently received the Gold Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) Award from the ABC National Safety Committee. STEP recognizes the efforts of ABC members that strive to achieve effective safety practices within their firms. It also provides contractors with a tool to objectively evaluate their safety programs, policies, procedures and training.

The STEP program is industry practices developed and written by contractors for contractors. It gives companies an organized approach for analyzing and developing safety and loss prevention programs. It also provides a valid and unbiased method for measuring safety program improvements.

At Chamberlin, we believe that no project can be considered successful if one of our people is injured or if our client’s property is damaged during the course of our work. That is why we continually strive to address the constant challenge of working safely by providing on-going safety education to all of our field operations teams on the job and in the classroom.
