Superintendent

Job Description:

  • Oversee field staff, equipment, materials, scheduling, cost efficiency, safety, quality, productivity and company vehicle organization for assigned projects
  • Responsible for scheduling, training and reviewing of field personnel
  • Communicate with Operations Manager, client and subcontractors
  • Ensure warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and handle delegated customer issues on assigned projects
  • Perform write-ups and disciplinary actions as required

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • English speaking, bilingual preferred
  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
  • Fall protection and competent person training (provided by Chamberlin)
  • Product application/craft training (provided by Chamberlin)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience at a Foreman or Superintendent level
  • Ability to read construction documents
