Payroll

Job Description:

  • Process new hires for field
  • Maintain employee files
  • Verify times sheets, adjust for overtime, enter payroll hours and print and distribute checks
  • Send out weekly and monthly certified payroll reports
  • Back-up for answering front desk phone
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of four years of similar experience
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
