Chamberlin Breaks Ground on New Office Building in Farmers Branch

Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing broke ground on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 for their newest office space in the DFW area. The 28,000 square foot facility in Farmers Branch, TX is scheduled to be completed by summer of 2015. Alliance Architects designed the building with a modern, sleek look and Schwob Building Company will be constructing it. Representatives from both companies were present at the groundbreaking, along with city officials including Allison Cook, Economical Development Manager.   



Chamberlin Helps with BOMA Fall 2014 Adopt-A-Block

October 11, 2014


Chamberlin volunteers were happy to help out for Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Dallas' biannual Adopt-A-Block event on October 10, 2014. Twice a year this event helps the community by refinishing homes for those in need. This go-around more than 40 volunteers helped beautify a home in south Dallas. Participants scraped and painted the house, replaced rotten siding and fixed the porch flooring.

Chamberlin 2014 Customer Appreciation Event

October 20, 2014 


Chamberlin showed their appreciation for their outstanding clients with a concert at The Granada Theater in Dallas, TX, on October 17, 2014. Charlie Daniels put on quite a show for the crowd, and it was definitely a night to remember!

Chamberlin Contributes to BOMA Backpack Drive

August 10, 2014


Chamberlin participated in Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Dallas’ annual Backpack Drive, helping provide school supplies to the children of 13 sponsored charities. This year the drive started July 21 and ran through August 8, proving to be one of the most successful with more than 2,000 backpacks filled with school supplies. A few of the charities supported include The Family Place, Alley's House, Our Friend's Place and Dallas County Advocacy Center.

Chamberlin Repairs Home with AAFAME

June 22, 2014


This past weekend, Chamberlin helped repair the home of an Austin resident in need while working in part with the Austin Association of Facility & Maintenance Engineers (AAFAME) and H.A.N.D. (Helping the Aging, Needing and Disabled). Mr. Torres, a double amputee, needed basic renovations completed at his home to help with his mobility. Once at the home, it was discovered his roof was deteriorating and leaking causing several more problems for him. Chamberlin team members stepped up to the plate, offering materials and their time to help make someone else’s life a little easier.

Chamberlin assisted with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Dallas 2014 Easter Basket Drive to help fill over 2,040 Easter basket for those in need.

Chamberlin Assists with BOMA Spring 2014 Adopt-A-Block

April 4, 2014


The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Dallas' Spring Adopt-A-Block was another huge success! With 50 volunteers and two homes underway simultaneously, this project was even more challenging than previous projects. Homeowners Ms. Langley and Ms. Rhodes were pleased with the much-needed repairs that were completed and appreciated the kindness of all of the volunteers. Chamberlin was happy to be part of the project.

Chamberlin Employees Take Steps for Students

February 27, 2014


Chamberlin Maintenance Project Managers in Houston, Ricardo Vazquez, Zach Ballew and Gilbert Avila along with his son Anthony Avila participated in a “Steps for Students” 5K supporting Catholic education.

Chamberlin Waterproofs Klyde Warren Park

January 20, 2014


Klyde Warren Park, a park deck over Woodall Rogers Freeway, officially opened on October 27, 2012, linking Uptown and Downtown Dallas allowing residents to have access to the entire city by means of walking, biking and trolley. Chamberlin played a large part in making this milestone for the city possible, applying five and a half acres of hot fluid rubberized waterproofing.
