Receptionist
Job Description:
- Greet office guests
- Field and route incoming calls
- Shipping and receiving
- Assist with new job set up, change orders and closing jobs
- File project and office paperwork
- Maintain and distribute job list
- Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Entry level position
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
