Operations Manager
Job Description:
- Overall responsibility for department
- Oversee Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators and field staff
- Manage various projects while ensuring they stay on budget and promoting a safe work environment for all field employees
- Maintain and coordinate labor and equipment for construction sites
- Conduct weekly staff meetings
- Conflict resolution
- Ensure client relationships are maintained
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Four-year college degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Senior Project Manager at Chamberlin or in related field
- LEED AP Certification
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
- Ability to read construction documents
- Comprehension of construction contracts, billings, submittals, FI’s, lien waivers and insurance
- Familiarity with all aspects of commercial systems and applications in related field
- Problem solving and dispute resolution skills
