Job Description:

  • Overall responsibility for department
  • Oversee Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators and field staff
  • Manage various projects while ensuring they stay on budget and promoting a safe work environment for all field employees
  • Maintain and coordinate labor and equipment for construction sites
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings
  • Conflict resolution
  • Ensure client relationships are maintained

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Four-year college degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as Senior Project Manager at Chamberlin or in related field
  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (provided by Chamberlin)
  • Ability to read construction documents
  • Comprehension of construction contracts, billings, submittals, FI’s, lien waivers and insurance
  • Familiarity with all aspects of commercial systems and applications in related field
  • Problem solving and dispute resolution skills
