Foreman

Job Description:

  • Participate in field personnel orientation, training and scheduling
  • Oversee safety and quality control, daily inventory and analyzing and organizing resources for maximum productivity on jobsites
  • Enforce Chamberlin’s safety policies and correct application/installation procedures on jobsites
  • Care for company tools and equipment to keep in well running condition
  • Carry authority on project operations when immediate availability is required and communicates with other tradesmen on jobsites

 

 Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED encouraged but not required
  • English speaking, bilingual preferred
  • OSHA 10 hour certified (provided by Chamberlin)
  • CPR/First Aid Certified (provided by Chamberlin)
  • Fall protection and competent person training (provided by Chamberlin)
  • Product application/craft training (provided by Chamberlin)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience at a journeyman/mechanic level
  • Ability to read construction documents
