Celebrating 110 Years: Then and Now...What Clients Say About Chamberlin

It is always exciting to receive a letter in the mail (or email these days) from a client that just wants to say “thanks.” We never tire of sharing our clients’ gratitude with our employees and watching their faces light up because someone noticed their hard work. Heck, everyone likes a pat on the back now and then.

Over the last 110 years we have received all kinds of letters from our clients. Through the years, Chamberlin has delivered the highest quality roofing and waterproofing installations at the best possible price. Here are just a few testaments to that.

While we have previously spent considerable money on attempts to correct our mortar joint difficulties, we now realize that your company is the first to use proper equipment, materials, methods and workmanship for this type of a job.

Yours very truly,

We are pleased to advise that we are entirely satisfied with the work done, and we note that the leaks have been eliminated.  After we have seen the type of work done, we feel that the cost was very reasonable, and may we take this opportunity of commending you on the type of workmen employed on the job.

Yours very truly,

M.M. Craven, Building Manager, The Service Mutual Insurance Company, Waco, TX

I was impressed with the service given by your estimator in analyzing the condition of the buildings and pointing out the immediate repairs necessary and those which could be done at a later date with safety.  The caulking done on our two buildings was done in a very workmanlike manner exactly as promised in the contracts.  The foreman was a high type man who thoroughly knew his work.

Yours very truly,

R. L. Seger, The Central Trust Co., Topeka, KS

In these hard times, it tends to be a surprise rather than the norm when a company takes care of their business.  We do appreciate the surprise.  Keep up the good work!

My gratitude especially goes out to the work crew that spent so much extra time on the job and who went out of their way to help us control our water problems.  In particular, I want to thank them for not only pointing out some potentially serious defects in the structure but also for taking the time to correct them!  It certainly wasn’t part of their job.

Sincerely,

Fr. Dominic Peluse, Christ The Redeemer Catholic Community, Houston, TX

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the excellent quality of service provided by you and your personnel on the Central Library Water Infiltration project.  We appreciate your cooperative spirit, your flexibility, and your dedication to the task.  We also appreciated your respect for the patrons and staff of the Dallas Public Library, which allowed us to continue providing top customer service in the midst of a large renovation project with only minor interruptions.

Sincerely,

David Darnell, Manager, Capital Projects/Facilities, Dallas Public Library, TX
