George’s slightly offbeat humor and comical outlook is infectious and keeps the mood light around the office. When it is time for business, though, George is a “take charge and take care of it” kind of guy.
“George is a hard working, dedicated manager who is extremely devoted to Chamberlin and our customers,” said Chamberlin Vice President David Neal. “He goes out of his way to make sure a client is taken care of. While not all problems are easy to solve, when problems come up, George works to achieve a result that is fair to everyone.”
A Day in the Life:
There isn’t a “typical day” for George. He carries a lot of responsibility and manages a wide range of duties. Whether pricing and selling projects, working with vendors, approving invoices and working with accounting or visiting job sites to inspect work in progress George brings his critical eye and attention to detail.
Outlook:
“Our clients are our first priority, but safety and quality are always at the top of our minds. It’s a delicate balance. We work to please our clients, but at the end of the day everyone has to go home with the same number of fingers they started with, too,” George says.
All jokes aside, George recognizes that safety and client service are both serious business. He considers his greatest accomplishment to be his ability to strike this balance and therefore, develop lasting relationships with his clients and employees.
Outside the Office:
